I started training with Sharon early August of last year, I started with a couple of taster sessions then onto a pack but very quickly got addicted and have progressed to the direct debit sessions.
I find Sharon very friendly and easy to get along with, she has a great personality and makes keeping fit good fun. Since starting my training programme I have lost over 3 stone and am fitter than I’ve ever been. The programmes that Sharon has put together for me over the months have been varied and really challenging, which I enjoy. It’s been great seeing the transformation in my body and the improvement in my overall strength and fitness. Her knowledge on fitness and nutrition is really impressive, I thought I knew a great deal about nutrition and what foods to eat but the advice she has given me over my time at the gym has been really helpful. I look forward to my sessions with her every week and the varied programmes she gives me keep me motivated to work just as hard on my own when I visit the gym in between sessions.Overall I think Sharon is a really valuable asset to your PT team at Virgin Active. She’s a real credit to her profession and a thoroughly nice person.

Of the 4 personal trainers I've had over the years, Sharon is easily the best. She has a caring manner, coupled with excellent knowledge, and she's a good laugh - making sessions enjoyable, and always challenging. I found she goes the extra mile with regards to investigating issues or problems you may have in her spare time, while keeping check on your diet and any other potential interfering factors. Definitely recommend.

I have found Sharon's PT approach is positive and proactive, her considered training programme and advice is prepared specifically for each client and takes account of their strengths and weakness; as well as considering her clients routine outside of the gym with practical helpful recommendations.
